Preclinical and progression parameters of Parkinson‘s disease
We will investigate preclinical and progression parameters of Parkinson’s disease. We will assess gait and sway parameters under convenient and challenging conditions in healthy elderly and in PD patients with a single body-worn sensor; we will analyse raw data, develop diagnostic algorithms by use of support vector machines, and will perform a confirmatory intersectorial study.
